Yes. All merchandise sold by Brickel's Racing Collectibles, Inc. is fully licensed.
Shipping Your Order
Most orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box must be sent USPS, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. In most cases all of the items in the order will be shipped at one time. However, if an item status is preorder, we will ship the merchandise that is in-stock in order to provide you with the most efficient service. If your order contains in stock items and preorder items, your in stock items will be shipped and your preorder items will be shipped at an additional cost when they are in stock.
Do we ship outside of the USA?
Sorry, we only ship orders within the Continental US and Canada only.

What is our Guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all retail purchases minus the shipping and handling. Any damaged merchandise that is returned can be replaced if still available.
How do you return products?
Before returning any merchandise, you must contact a Brickel's Representative. They will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Products purchased in the store, can be returned to the store, for store credit or to be replaced.
You must write the number on the outside of the original carton.
The RMA number will expire within 14 days from the date issued, so returns must be received before that date to receive credit.
Any merchandise returned for damaged reasons will be replaced if replacements are in-stock.All diecast must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging to receive credit.
Is our web site secure?Yes. We take every precaution to protect the privacy of your credit card information.
We utilize Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information(including credit card numbers, name, and address) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet from you to us.
When will the order be billed to your credit card?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. You will only be charged for in-stock merchandise shipped. You will not be billed for an out-of-stock item.
